Yet another tragedy

My heart goes out to the families and friends of those on the Malaysian flight that crashed in Ukraine. And also to the Malaysians. They have already had to deal with a tragedy earlier in the year, and now this. It must be awful for the families of those on MH370 to hear about this too.

Re: Yet another tragedy

It was shot down, wasn't it? That makes the tragedy even worse!! My heartfelt condolences to the families and friends of all those poor innocent victims.

A horrendous crime.

Re: Yet another tragedy

It may be just the trigger to stop the fighting out there...........or make it worse.

Such a dreadful thing to happen - I hate to think what the repercussions might be.

Re: Yet another tragedy

Listening to this unfold on the radio yesterday I think this is very worrying, we have the Ukrainians calling for EU and USA to commit to war with Russia, and not too many calm words from either side. We lived through the cold war, this could potentially be far worse.

Re: Yet another tragedy

Yup might be the way to go although I always think if it did happen die first would be the best way to go, I have read enough post apocalyptic fiction to know I wouldn't survive long after the initial event !

Re: Yet another tragedy

Feels like it is happening all over the world really, are we heading for another world event ? Trying to make artificial regions like EU is helping at all IMO we seem further from many countries than we ever were.
