Do You Snore?

I looked & it seems the last time a snoring thread was here, was in 2009 so here goes again

Does your partner complain of your snoring? Does your partner loosen the joists?

Re: Do You Snore?

There is a ring you can buy to help stop snoring, it has a 'bump' on the inside which puts pressure on a pressure point on the finger. This causes the person to be unable to lie on their back comfortably so they keep turing onto their side and there is a lot less snoring.

Hubby says that I snore quite loudly. I asked him if it bothered him and he said- No it sooths him to sleep!

That's alright then!!

Hello Anita, I don't think we've been introduced

There's also those Breathe Right strips or generic ones. I've seen on YouTube how you can make your own as well.

Well....aren't you the lucky doll Carol!! I've never heard that before, that's great! I think you should add this little tidbit to the thread about The Little things that make you happy

I snore, and hubby does too.
So I guess we have quite the 'orchestra' going when we're asleep!

Re: Do You Snore?

My husband and I have bouts of it ourselves & a lot of times it has to do with whatever we eat for a snack before bed. We try & stay away from dairy.
