I have started thinkinging about life after death.

This is my first post but have not been feeling so good lately, it made me wonder if there is a life after this one . Anyone with any experience of this on here to say yes or no .

Basically, NO. When you're gone, you're gone. I once heard life being described as a period of light between two periods of darkness. Why should the darkness after you die trouble you any more than the darkness before you were born?

I do not believe in an after life. I do however believe the things I say and do in this life may influence those after me. It`s all in my will.

I'm afraid I'm in the "this is it and it's all that we get" camp, so do what you feel you have to now as there are no second helpings...

I think we should enjoy and make the most of the life we have, what follows next is like a mystery tour, we all have a ticket but are unaware of our destination.
