Snow's coming

I was in the post office-cum-paper shop this morning and noticed the headlines on some newspapers was "4 ins of snow on the way."
Just heard it again on the lunchtime news. Apparently we're to have minus 10 at the end of the week!

Get your woolly bloomers out gals.

I am on to it too, freezer defrosted and cleaned/ fresh supply of yeast ordered (which will arrived in a cold pack ) and I will shop for more fruit and veg on Thursday though I am stocked up with frozen plums/damsons/soup/curry/braised beef in wine/prawns/ and a well stocked supply cupboard.
Potatoes onions etc are containers in the garage covered with old blankets to keep out the frost.

I think I will be ok..
