Which holiday destination did you most dislike?

I know I am weird, but when we visited Cornwall for the first time, many years ago, I found it really creepy, I have no idea why. My husband and kids liked the county, so went without me in future, which was absolutely fine by me.

I loved Cornwall and gave it serious thought about moving there to live, back in the 70's. I always felt 'at home' there, like I belonged.
Can't think of anywhere I really disliked, but Cornwall was my favourite.

Anglesey, I just don't get on with the place.
It's a nowhere place, everywhere you go you feel like you've never left the previous place...it's so repetitive.

More than likely you have been told as a child about smugglers and highwaymen and he like.

One of my ancesters on my mothers side was te last person to be hanged in the Launceston Assizes (law courts) called "Mad Mick" That used to be the capital of Cornwall in days gone past

None, having spent most of my life never having a holiday I have been grateful for any .

when we were in Spain (lloret de Mar) we did a day trip to Barcelona and never ever have been so bored. it was about the worst place i have ever visited.

Lanzarote is one place I would never want to go back to, we didn't like it there even though we visited several parts of the island.

Kontokali, Corfu. Went there with a load of mates some years ago.

The place was a total s**t heap and smelled of poo everywhere.
