OMG!! Just got back from the doctor's, son no.2 put the tele on and it's This Morning with Holly and Phil.

My son's school friend Theo is on, demonstrating his meals in a mug!!
Lovely boy, cheeky and clever, just right for showing off on TV!

Quite strange when you see someone you know isn't it.

My claim to fame is I was once given a ...eh hem!... certain type of magazine by one of the drivers at work. only to see my friend's girlfriend in it with another man.

Was a receptionist many years ago for Hutchinson Publishing in London. Had Jackie Charlton in reception and asked him if he would like a coffee. He said yes and I made one for him and myself and we sat and chatted for about ten minutes.

Working in press and PR for a good few years and living at Chatsworth for a good few years also, I met many well known people, but I guess my most recent claim to fame is claiming that Natalie Robb's mother is a friend of mine and until a couple of years ago, when she moved further south, was also a neighbour. We also have that old singer, Wayne Fontana, living close by us, although I haven't seen him around lately.

I made the front page of the local newspaper when I got married.

I met Kirk and Anne Douglas at a dinner party in Connecticut in the seventies. Had I known Michael (who was with Brenda Vaccaro at the time) was partial to South Welsh girls, I might have pushed myself forward a bit ... : - )
