What is new ? should say what is old .

I beginning to detest the statement, What is new !!

There is nothing new with me .. everything is old ...

When someone does tell me something new ..
I end up saying pardon ..I can't hear you ..
which means by the second or third time they tell me
it old news ...
Also I sometimes forget the new stuff .. so when it gets
retold to me its old news ..

Do you agree we should ask what is old ..

What is old with you today or would that be yesterday ??
I'm so confused

It's the same old song, with a different meaning since you've been gone.

It isn't an expression I have heard people use.
