Flowers from my garden

As its soo gloomy and wet outside, thought I'd post some recent photos of flowers in my garden. I don't have lots of flowers in the garden and there's a large area at the back and side which I call a wilderness which in spring is full of snowdrops, bluebells and daffodils and in the summer is full of weeds and I'm starting to put foxgloves in it for summer flowering

My favourite - Bowl of Beauty Peony

Foxgloves in the wilderness with Cow Parsley

The first Rhododendron to flower, may have posted this before

The last Rhododendron to flower

Flowering cherry tree from last year, was a disaster this year!

New leaves on favourite Acer

Thanks Meg. The poor flowers certainly go through it don't they! I've been out a few times shaking the water off the peony flowers in case they break which has happened in the past. Should put more stakes out really.

Thanks Mags, Alan and Barry. It certainly is a really gloomy old day

Thanks Annie, the wild bit is looking very bedraggled now with all this rain and I need to start cutting it. Hope you're still warm
