Jan darlin' - one does not eat 'stuffed marrow' - one makes marrow whisky from it - wrapped in muslin and suspended in a cool dark place, cut the top off and scooop out the seeds. Fill the hollow with dark muscavado sugar and selotape the top back on. Place a large container underneath to catch the drips - voila marrow whisky!!! - be careful - this is very powerful stuff!!!
