Re: New young(ish) member

Hi welcome from your namesake. Strangely enough, it was only my dear old mum that called me Johnny. The wife has another name! I left London 7years ago, when I was 60. Had enough of work and the city.Have no real advice, good luck whatever you decide.

Re: New young(ish) member

Thank you all.
John, as a child I hated being called Johnny. I toyed with the idea of calling myself Jock, but.... well.... maybe I finally managed to embrace myself (only kidding) so Johnny it is

Re: New young(ish) member

Well hi there John matey. You're just a young whipper-snapper yet. There's quite a few on here who are unemployed (including those who like me, are 'retired' or through force of circumstances (again like me) are disabled and can no longer work anyway).

Welcome to this club and I too look forward to reading and responding to your contributions.

Hello Johnny. I'm fairly new here as well and this is a brilliant place to be, so get posting, chuck.
