Hi Susie, that sounds lovely to me !!i had a boreing dinner, chicken salad, highlight was Pickled onion !!!

had pork chop with red & yellow peppers, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes fried ib the juices and I know fryings not good for you but once in a while won't kill me.

SUSIE!!! Salad in the middle of winter isn't good for you - you need something warming inside you to keep out the cold and help your body fight off infection.

Tonight we are having Chicken Breasts cooked in Lemon and Herbs with roast potatoes, brussels, carrots and gravy. Followed by Bread & Butter Pudding.

Much better Susie darlin' - salad is not good in winter (in fact as far as I'm concerned - salad is 'rabbit food'!!!) - I'd rather have the rabbit itself and make a rabbit stew!!!.

Uncle Joe, I think you have mis-read the posts on here, it was not me who had the Chicken Salad, it was Anji0007, I had Liver that night. I don't really like salads!!!

Sorry Susie darlin' - senior moment again. Am having Coq au vin in a couple of hours with mushrooms, onion, parsnips, carrots, potato and Celeriac. Made a mincemeat fruit loaf over the weekend, so can cut a slice of that, placed in a dish with custard poured over the top for 'pudding'.

We had a Corgie that ate normally 6 days a week and fasted on the 7th, not something we made him do he chose not to eat.He was a big bodied dog too not a skinny little thing.
why 5-2 plan ??
