The best steak pie we ever had was in Brechin last year, I never knew a pie could hold so much meat! We could hardly move after we finished.
Just had a light meal today, beans on toast, feel stuffed with all the Christmas fayre!

Well we have just had lunch of:

Chicken breasts with hot spices on it, with roast potatoes, and vegs. and made my own spicy sauce to go with it.

Hubby is doing himself sausage chips and peas, feeling a bit rough myself so not up to cooking today.

Wish you well Julie.

I've got a saucepan on the go with potato, cabbage and leek. When part cooked, will then chuck it into a frying pan with some onion. To go with a chicken and veg pie from freezer.
