Re: Your Occupation
My job in the past was one you'd never hear of. Basically it was media monitoring which was going to work, reading newspapers & drinking coffee Well.....not that simple. Clients could be literally any person or company, entertainers, etc The PR people wanted to know what kind of media coverage their clients were getting in various newspapers, magazines, radio & TV.Re: Your Occupation

Re: Your Occupation
I was a high school teacher of English and History for most of my career but ended up in the last seven years as full time president of our teachers' union here in Tasmania. It was a huge challenge and learning curve but I loved it. Learnt a lot about standing up against bullying Principals and politicians.Re: Your Occupation

Gracious, how boring am I. I am a claims intake representative. People call in (I work at home), and I enter claims for them: general liability, work comp, auto liability, property, leave, short-term disability, etc. That's all I do. Right now, for instance, the last call ended seven minutes ago. So I'm wandering aimlessly about the net, waiting for the next call.
