I wonder if Mr Ploppy from Oz is aware of what the expression 'ploppy' means here in the UK?

Oh and if I were a Catholic, then mine would be my real name, as when I was 'confirmed' at age 11, the vicar whispered my real name Desiree (with correct French pronunciation) to the Bishop, who obviously misheard and proceeded to 'confirm' me as Daisymay, and I understand that for RC's this confirmation name becomes their official name. Or have I misunderstood?

Mine is the name I was going to call my puppy, but when I went to collect her and found she already answered to the name of Georgina I decided against changing her name to ZsaZsa.

I chose Lilac..because I have a lilac hedge running around one side of my garden...Smells divine..

Otherwise I choose ''Wolfie'' on other forums..because I love wolves..
