My ex employer used to insist on that every three months so i would change it to QWERTYUIOP then change it back to the original. Their software was clever enough to stop you reentering the same password but not clever enough to check one password back.

G Mail , no probs. Yahoo a no no , I think. I am moving away from Flickr the photo sharing site because you have to have a Yahoo account to use it.
