Lunch was a tuna salad with baked potato and a yogurt.
Dinner was macaroni cheese with crusty bread.

We have just had Beef Casserole, Boiled Potatoes, Dark Greens & Carrots.
Tonight it will be Cheese on Toast.

Lunch was... 2 Slices of Toast with Chicken and Cheese & Onion Melt.
Later tonight after the Pub... Chicken Marsala and Rice.

I've eaten a full large tin of baked beans this evening. It is true what they say about them. I might have to change my pjs prematurely at this rate.

Picnic lunch over the allotment (a sort of ploughmans), and tonight will probably be a chicken kiev, cheesy potato and peas.
