I don't belieeeeeve it!
My bus pass expired recently
I got onto the website, and noted what was needed to renew it. So I put together
A letter with all the information they needed, including my current address
A photograph
An recent credit card receipt, for proof/evidence/documentation; it has my current address on it
A covering letter informing them that since getting my original bus pass I had moved, and giving them my new/current address
I then posted that off to the office in Preston
11 or 12 days on, no new pass. After a deal of 'on hold' and repeating myself a few times, they inform me that the pass was sent out on 27 July..... to my old address
Fortunately that old address is only about 5 streets away, so I'm going round to see if the new owners have still got it. If not, we start again
