Well, yes, there is a problem on the site...undergoing maintenance. I couldn't download the brochure or create an account.

But for the good news...PC World will sort out the cash back when I receive the camera (delivery either tomorrow or Tuesday). I visited the store and zeroed in on a young assistant who was doing nothing and asked - very politely and nicely - who would honour this. The promotion HAS expired. I took a photo of their sign but he went away, talked to someone, and put his name on the receipt.
