I never wanted children if anyone wants to think that's selfish, so be it. If you don't really, really want all the responsibilities and sacrifices that go with being a parent, then it is better not to have a child. Too many people don't put enough thought into what it requires to be a good parent, they just have children because that's what is expected by society.
