Who is in charge of the restaurant? Is it old Ferdinand? I hear his sausage dishes are most entertaining! I absolutely adore a bratwurst.

Ferdinand retired recently. The managers name is Sepp Hinteroberhuber.
We just call him Seppl. He used to be the German champion Schuhplattler.
