A couple of years ago in Morrisons in Stamford there was a transvestite in front of me at the checkout. That's OK, I've nothing against them, but.............................he had on a ra-ra skirt and fishnet tights. He looked like he was dressed for the circus.Re: Morning shop characters ....

As Brighton has now classed itself as the 'Gay capital of Europe' - some of the sights you will see on the streets here everyday no longer raise an eyebrow. Its a bit much though that the Chief Constable of Sussex takes part in the 'Gay Pride' march through the town every year.Re: Morning shop characters ....
You still get them Patsy and I love them all, there are two widowed sisters come into the post office at the same time as me every Friday for the pension, the wife knows them well, when there's a Q and there nearly always is, they start to flirt with the old lads on it, they don't care who's watching them and they know they are on the CCTV, the faces on the embarrassed men is a treat, thankfully I'm spared because they know I'm spoken for. Great to see them so full of life and having a bit of free fun.Re: Morning shop characters ....
