I read lot books on crime and murdrerers , there's quite a few serial killers and brutal murderers that don't think twice in killing a human , but have unconditional love for their dogs , like Dennis Nilson when he was caught his only concern was his dogs welfare , not the fact he butchered 12 men ,
In general why do people like animals over people welfare
Animals give love and want very little in return, just your love and a biscuit ........
The world is 'so' violent today that it makes me dislike the human race ...

Absolutely right ! I feel sorry for people who have never had a pet and you can't put into words what it means to know your dog will stick by you forever.

I sometimes think that dog owners wear rose tinted spectacles. A few years ago a neighbour's dog came uninvited into my house and killed our cat. Some dogs can be as bad as some human beings.
Some of mine would have happily done that Alan the key is being responsible and not letting them. When well looked after and loved they are fantastic, in no way could a dog allowed to do that be called well looked after and loved.
