Stitching photos together

Just a way of making a panoramic photo using ordinary photos.

First of all you need to take 3 or 4 photos with about a third overlap on each. This is best done on a tripod to keep the shots level.

AS below








This covers about 90 ft from the nearest point of 9 ft

Then I used Adobe elements 11 Panoramic stitching to join all 3 together as seen in last photo



I could have done a bit more to pull the edge of the picture more forward but this is just for demo purposes.

You can do this with any camera be it a small compact or full DSLR camera.

Why?

So often a single shot does not take inthe whole view or at a wedding all the guests lined up. This overcomes situations like this.

My Fuji Finepix can do that for me, it saves me doing it in Photoshop.
