Breakfast

Ate a whole packet of kippers for breakfast this morning (all six of 'em) it was very tasty and now I'm replete for a couple of hours.

Re: Breakfast

I like a good kipper myself, but the boss isn't too keen on them.
A couple of my local fishmongers smoke them on the premises and they're pretty good. They don't come in packets though!

You sound like my husband once he starts on kippers there is no stopping him until he has eaten the lot. I have the same problem with chocolate biscuits

Re: Breakfast

Like Kippers - Don't like bones - Don't like the smell. which lingers through the house.

My breakfast this morning was a bowl of Red Fruit Muesli, with a slice of toast liberally spread with Marmite. Yum Yum

Re: Breakfast

Having a smoked Kipper for breakfast is one of those impulse things you fancy, then all day people are looking at you in a fishy kind of way. In short they leave a slight whiff.

But when you see a lovely hot smoked kipper, soaked in butter, accompanied by fresh bread sitting on your plate..do we care.

Somethings just don't need explaining .
