ANZAC Sunday
Lest we forget the hundreds of thousands of Australian and New Zealanders who laid down their lives during WW1 and WW2 so we could live ours in freedom.
They did not need to do so but they fought with us . . . a popular saying was . . " if England needs a hand well here it is " . . . we owe them a lot.
In WW1 416,809 of them died . . . . in WW2 40,500 made the supreme sacrifice . . . . god bless them all.
