Serial Liar Jailed

A woman who persistently lied by making a series of bogus sexual assault allegations against 15 men has been jailed.

One of her victims was jailed for seven years for raping her. She then went on to accuse further men of rapes and sexual assaults. She has been jailed for ten years (quite rightly in my opinion). Her actions will make it more difficult for genuine rape victims to be believed for fear of being accused of lying.

Am just waiting now for the hard-line feminist brigade to leap to her defence and start having demonstrations aginst her conviction.

I read about this earlier today. It is absolutely right that she has been jailed.

I have long held the belief that both parties in rape allegations should remain nameless. It is so wrong that suspected rapists have their names published, even when in cases like this the female calls "wolf".

I hope nobody comes to her defence! She has put an innocent man in jail and caused a lot of wasted money on police investigations, court appearances and probably defence lawyers for those she accused. She deserves her sentence and I hope it gives her time to think about how many lives she has damaged and how much she has reduced the ability of real rape victims reporting the crime.

This is the kind of woman who makes it more difficult for genuine victims of abuse to come forward and be believed.

10 years is nothing compared to the pain and suffering she has caused.

She deserves the sentence she has been given, not least because of the harm she has potentially caused genuine victims of sexual abuse.

I'm not even sure 10 years is enough as most seem to only serve about half. Better if she got 20 and served 10. I hope she also has to pay the man that was imprisoned compensation !
