Impressive her gymnastic training obviously kept her very fit and mobile. I doubt many of us could start at that age and do that.

She had to slow down long enough for me to to see her face - to actually believe she was 67. Not only is this a remarkable endeavor, she showed that based on a diagnosis - she actually reversed her physical age...

Not to mention that it also looks like lots of fun~
