Your election promises!

If you were running for Prime Minister, what would you promise the people of Britain? Why should they vote for you and your party?

Answers can be serious or funny and don't have to be true of course.

Aren't these all on the Labour manifesto?

Longer prison sentences and lifetime bans for those committed of animal cruelty like this man
“Due to your guilty plea, you are entitled to a reduction of one-third, to 18 weeks. However, due to the circumstances, we would if we were actually permitted to do so have imposed a far greater custodial sentence.”

Price, who was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £122 and £250 in compensation to Mr Truefitt, blew a kiss towards the public gallery as he was taken to the cells.

Make sure anyone claiming benefits who is fit does some kind of work. To prevent taking jobs from others tasks like litter picking/fence painting/fruit /veg picking (we are told there is a shortage of pickers in some areas) or voluntary work for a charity.
Also where suitable attending classes to learn how to cook healthy food on a budget .

That will do for now

Until the authorities come to their senses, crime of all kinds is going to increase. There are no signs of them doing anything, sadly, and the do-gooders have certainly had their chances.
I wonder just how bad this country will become before changes are made.
