I used to love my mug of horlicks at bed time, preferably the chocolate flavoured one, then was diagnosed with type two and had to give it up. Have you seen how much sugar is in that stuff?

I always use a mug (well - it's a bucket really - holds about three normal mugsworth of tea or coffee).

You can buy Horlicks light, I do and I don't put as much Horlicks in as recommended and is still yummy.

Cup & saucer every time but with t-bag , no teapot, only own 2 mugs & that's for when my husband is working in the garage or I'm in the garden !

Just a point of distinction here, horlicks light is "light" because of reduced fat content and not reduced sugar content, check here http://www.horlicks.co.uk/products/
